The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) has recently notified school districts that effective January 1, 2020, all school districts will be required to submit the personal information related to drug and alcohol testing of all employees who hold a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse. The Transportation Planning Division of the North Carolina Department of Transportation, in cooperation with Robeson County and the Lumber River Rural Planning Organization, is developing a Comprehensive Transportation Plan for the County. A Comprehensive Transportation Plan is a long-range planning document that will assist local governments in making transportation decisions for the next 25-30 years. Your participation is essential in identifying transportation needs for Robeson County.
