• This year the instructor chosen as Teacher of the Year was Mr. Russell Scott.

Inspired by his previous teachers and having a dedication for sports, Mr. Scott has been teaching Health & P.E. in our school for over five years. When asked what he advises for many emerging students, he replied, “The most important piece of advice I can give students who want to be successful is to be persistent. Everyone who becomes successful has to face some kind of adversity. Working through those hard times and being persistent builds enormous amounts of character.  As Tim Tebow has stated, ‘Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard."
Mr. Scott is hoping to accomplish the goal of becoming an assistant principal soon. Congratulations, Mr. Scott!
