We are excited to announce that we will continue to implement PBIS here at St. Pauls Elementary School. PBIS is a state-wide initiative that stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support. Positive behavior is very important in our school because not only does it help shape respectful, productive citizens, but it also allows for less disruptions, which helps us meet our ultimate goal of maintaining a safe learning environment.
Basically St. Pauls Elementary wants to encourage positive behavior that becomes routine. Classes and grade levels will earn paws for displaying good behaviors and these paws will add up to earn cool incentives/prizes. It is important that we have the support of our faculty, staff, students, parents, and community for our efforts to be successful. As a parent please look over our school wide matrix with your child, ask about PAWS, and work closely with their teacher to help manage these good behaviors.
Thank You for Your Continued Support!
