Students Receive Employability Skills in the Classrooms

Simulated Workplace is an initiative that allows students to participate in an authentic workplace culture.  Classroom settings have been transformed to model  that of a real world company operation.  To ensure students are receiving the most current workplace instruction, program standards, safety measures and protocols have been developed to align with those of related business and industry expectations. Students are required to use a clock in and clock out system, be responsible for their attendance, conduct themselves in a professional manner, as well as comply with all program developed policies and procedures.

Within the Simulated Workplace environment, students will experience various roles and duties within the company.  In addition to these roles, students will be engaged in a variety of hands-on projects and activities that enhances reading, writing and math concepts.  Upon completion of the Simulated Workplace experience, students will be equipped with a work ready knowledge base and a drive for a successful career.
