Hello Early College Family. Drivers Ed class sign up for students turning 15 by August 31st will be Monday through Thursday this week at Lumberton Senior High. Please see Mr. Register. If you have any questions, please call him at 740-3393. There is a $65.00 fee unless you secure a waiver from our counselor Mrs. Richardson. Call her after 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday to schedule a time for waiver pick up. This waiver reduces the cost to $32.50.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to do well in all your classes. This is vitally important for our 10th graders who must have a GPA of at least 2.8 on their college transcript at the end of this term. Anything lower than this will result in you being sent back to your regular high school. There is no longer an entrance exam for RCC you must meet this GPA requirement. Parents have your student log into their Moodle Account and show you their performance.
Be on the lookout for report cards they have been mailed. Our Spring break begins on April 2nd and ends on April 9th. Please have an enjoyable Easter holiday break.
