    Greetings I hope all is well.  As you begin to mentally prepare for the upcoming season, you should also be preparing physically. The link below is a Summer Training Program to ensure that you are ready for the 2015 Cross Country season. The program is adjusted to suit rookie and veteran runners.  Also, please be sure to complete the information sheet if you plan on running for LHS. HAVE A GREAT SUMMER!!!
