"To Motivate Young People To Become Better Citizens"Welcome to the Red Springs High School JROTC webpage. The JROTC program is devoted to the growth of our cadets, both as a person and a student. The JROTC program is a cooperative effort on the part of the US Army and the Robeson Couty School system. The program will give you an opportunity to development yourself in many ways. JROTC teaches self-descipline, confidence, team work and pride in a job well done. Opportunities to develop leadership are given each semester. You will have an opportunity to march in various Robeson County parades, participate in team competitions and attend after school events. Students are allowed to enter the program at anytime during their four years of high school. However, inorder to take full advantage of the program, students are encouraged to enroll their ninth or tenth grade year. Disciple as well as respect for oneself and others is strictly enforced in our program. Our motto is, "Lead Me, Follow Me or Get Out Of My Way." See the rules and procedures section to be prepared to meet the standards we set for cadets. THEY ARE HIGH!!
