Students are provided with foundational principles that will serve them well when they enter the workforce. Students are also challenged academically in preparation for the Elements and the National Center for Construction and Education Research (NCCER) exams. The NCCER credentials are recognized nationally and prove to employers that our students are prepared both academically and skills wise for the job at hand. We ensure that our students are “college and career ready” which makes them globally competitive in the 21st century. In fact, CTE is a viable option for students as evidenced by the 89% graduation rate for students that were CTE completers during the 2011 – 2012 school year. Robeson County was ranked 10th in the state with a 95% CTE completer graduation rate. Twelve of those completer courses were taught here at the Career Center.
Again, thank you for visiting our site and I am extending an open invitation for you to visit the Robeson County Career Center.
