Transcripts for the former high schools Parkton High and Oak Ridge High are housed at Parkton Elementary. There is no charge for a copy of a transcript. Transcripts may be released to the former student or his/her legal representative. Transcripts can be requested in person at Parkton Elementary during normal school hours. We also accept official forms from a college/university or you may use the request form below. If using the form below please send request with a clear copy of your ID to:
