Pembroke Elementary School
Parent & Teacher Organization

The Pembroke Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization is designed to allow parents to be a voice for students at our school. The main goals of this organization is to promote more parental involement, support and assist the teachers, and to work together for the improvement of the school and for the betterment of all students.

The Pembroke Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization is responsible for numerous fundraising activities at our school. Money that is raised through these activities are returned to the school, the teachers and the students in a variety of methods.

Examples of the support of the Pembroke Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization:

• Purchased security door access to the Pre-K - 2nd grade and 3rd - 5th grade halls

• Purchase security cameras for buses

• Support of 5 in-need students in our schools to help them have a successful school year

• Support and sponsered PES talent winner at Robeson Got Talent

• Free Movie/Hot Dog Night

• Various other activities and programs
