Dear Students and Parents,

On behalf of our faculty and staff, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our school. We are looking forward to working with our students, parents, grandparents, volunteers, and friends in the community to make this another successful year.

This handbook has been prepared to provide you with useful information, and help you understand the rules and procedures that govern your school. It contains information about the school expectations and policies established by the Public School of Robeson County and the state of North Carolina.

Please read and discuss this handbook with your child, and keep it easily accessible for future reference. Please pay special attention to the pages regarding the North Carolina Student Accountability Standards (promotion/retention guidelines), disciplinary expectations, and the Public Schools of Robeson County attendance policy.
