October Scholarship Deadlines

Coca-Cola Scholars Program - $20,000 - 150 Awards (Deadline: October 2, 2023)

To be eligible for the scholarship a students must:

A) Be a current high school student who will graduate during the 2023- 2024 year.

B) Be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident, Refugee, Asylee, Cuban- Haitian Entrant, or Humanitarian Parolee - based on the guidelines utilized by U.S. Department of Education.

Top of the Mountain Memorial Scholarship - $5,000 - 2 Awards (Deadline: October 22, 2023)

To be eligible for the scholarship a student must:

A) Be a high school senior or undergraduate who has worked, interned, and/or volunteered in 

environmental causes. STEM majors are preferred but not required.

Owl Scholarship - $1,000 - 50 Awards (Deadline: October 29,2023)

To be eligible for the scholarship a student must:

  1. Be 16 years of age or older.

  2.  Be enrolled in a college/ university or registered in a qualified high school.

Women's Ministries Scholarship Program - $20,000 - 49 Awards (Deadline: October 31, 2023)

To be eligible for the scholarship a student must:

A) Be a woman who would not be able to attend college without financial help.

B) Be a woman who is committed to serving the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church who would otherwise be unable to afford a college education.

Voice of Democracy Scholarship - $35,000 - 50 Awards (Deadline: October 31, 2023)

To be eligible for the scholarship a student must:

A) Be a high school student between the grades 9-12.

B) Be enrolled in a public, private, or parochial high school or home study program in the United States.

Park Scholarship is Open (NC State)- (Deadline: October 31,2023)

The Park Scholarship is a full ride to NC State University valued at $120,000 for in- state students and $221,000 for out- of- state students.

To be eligible for scholarship a student must:

A) Have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.5 and/or a minimum weighted GPA of 4.0.

B) Be a United States citizen, permanent resident of the U.S., or graduating from a high school located in the U.S. (regardless of citizenship)

C) Apply for fall, first-year admission into a baccalaureate program at NC State.

               Not open to transfer students.

  1. A student who is currently enrolled as a high school junior or senior who intends to enroll in an accredited college or university located within the United States.

Fidelity Scholars Program 

To be eligible for scholarship a student must:

  1. Have a 2.5 - 3.5 unweighted GPA or GED

  2. Demonstrate financial need

  3. Enroll at a 4 year, not-for-profit college or university in your home state.

  4.  Come from underrepresented populations and historically underserved communities.

To be eligible for scholarship a student must:

  1. Have a GPA of 3.0 or greater.

  2. A student must be entering an accredited community college, university, or post- graduate program.

To be eligible for scholarship a student must:
