Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) has recently notified school districts that effective January 1, 2020, all school districts will be required to submit the personal information related to drug and alcohol testing of all employees who hold a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
