The Public Schools of Robeson County's Child Nutrition Department remains committed to serving breakfast and lunch to all students this week. Our Child Nutrition Department has received multiple questions about meal services. We want parents to be assured that we will be serving meals this week. Parents please be assured that if there are changes in services, we will communicate those changes to you directly.

Public Schools of Robeson County schools will dismiss at 11:30 am on Friday, January 10, 2025, due to potential winter weather impacts. All afternoon and after-school activities for Friday have been canceled. Afterschool care will not be available.

PSRC Summer Work Hours will begin on July 1, 2024, and normal hours will resume on August 5, 2024. Summer Work Schedule Hours of Operation ☀️ 🕐 Mondays - Thursdays: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 🕘 Friday - Closed All offices will be closed during Independence Day on Thursday, July 4, 2024.

During our Policy Committee meeting, the recommendation was approved to delay the implementation of Policy 3450 – Class Rankings (Marshals and Graduation Honorees) until the 2023-24 school year. Class Rankings for the 2022-23 school year will take place at the conclusion of the third nine weeks as we’ve done in the past. Participants conduct authentic research with NASA subject matter experts while working with scientists and engineers in their chosen areas of work. PSRC students in grades 11-12 can soon earn free college credit while in high school through the Career and College Promise Program at Robeson Community College. Registration is now open and will remain open through the first week of classes. Courses will begin on Jan. 30. Students should contact their school counselor to register or learn more!
