Last week 16 Lumberton FFA members traveled to Indianapolis, Indiana to attend the 96th National FFA Convention & Expo!
We had teams competing in the Agricultural Sales Career Development Event and Agricultural Communications Career Development Event, a National Finalist Agriscience Fair Project, a National Finalist Premier Chapter Award in the Strengthening Agriculture Division, and National Speak Ag Showcase Video!
- Agricultural Sales ranked Silver
Kamryn McInnis, Ivey Nolley, Allie Hendren, Landon Brewer- Agricultural Communications ranked Silver & was recognized as the TOP Media Plan presentation in the NATION! Khyle Greenland, Maria Maurisio, Gavin Merlo, Neveah Locklear
- National Chapter presentation “Anything’s Pawsible” was a National Finalist for the Premier Chapter Award

- Agriscience Fair National Finalist and placed tenth IN THE NATION Cadence Shaw
- Speak Ag Showcase presented on the Student Showcase Stage!

In addition to all the competitions students were able to experience the Convention Expo which allowed students to network with Agriculture Colleges and Companies.
