Due to a technical issue identified on NC Student Information System Infinite Campus’ end, the release of report cards will be delayed. The grading window is now closed while we work with Infinite Campus to resolve the problem. 💻

Piney Grove Family:: On August 3rd, the Spirit Riders are sponsoring a fundraiser for Piney Grove! Please join us for our Back-to-School Bike Ride which begins at 2:30pm at C&P MiniMart in Pembroke and ends with an Auction and door prizes at the school at 4pm. $10 Single Registration and $15 for couples.

Summer Meal Schedule

Join the Robeson County Public Library this summer to “Color Our World!” Starting June 16th, the RCPL be hosting six weeks of library fun to celebrate the onset of summer and to keep us all reading as the days turn hot and the lazy days of summer vacation stretch on. This year’s theme, “Color Our World,” is all about art whether that is painting, drawing, singing, crafting, writing, or any other creative endeavor! So join in for a bunch of artsy library programs as we celebrate reading and all the many ways to find our inner artists. Make sure to sign up for RCPL annual Summer Reading Challenge! Don’t miss out on some fun prizes as a reward for all the reading you’ll be doing. Plus a chance at a special prize raffle for everyone who completes the challenge! SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS NEEDED

Important Testing Announcement PSRC May 28, 2025 Dear Public Schools of Robeson County Parents and Guardians, The North Carolina EOG/EOC System is managed by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. While testing this morning, the state experienced a server outage, causing a disruption to testing sites statewide. The outage lasted approximately 40 minutes. Quick corrective action restored the system, allowing around 120,000 students across the state to resume testing. As a result, our students were able to complete their EOG or EOC tests administered today. Our district intends to appeal to the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction on behalf of our students. In addition, students have the opportunity to participate in our School Year ReAdministration on June 4 and June 5, 2025, if they are not proficient. Proficiency is scoring a Level 3, 4 or 5. Third grade Reading (ONLY) falls under RTA statute. If a third grader was tested on May 28, 2025, in Reading and was not proficient, the student will take the RTA only. Please reach out to your school’s principal if you have any questions or concerns.
