Parents and Students, At this time class schedules can be viewed in PowerSchool. Hopefully everyone likes their schedule; however, if you would like to request a schedule change, you can come to the school to meet with a counselor or you can fill out the google form sent to you in an email. Counselors will be at school beginning Monday August 7th through Wednesday August 9th from 8:00 am until12:00 noon. Please know that counselors will do their best to accommodate class change requests; however, circumstances may simply not allow changes to take place. This will be the only time schedules can be changed. You will not be able to request a change to your schedule after Wednesday August 9th . Also, seniors must come out this week to apply for Early Graduation and Early dismissal. Parents must be present to sign applications. To apply for early dismissal, a recent pay stub or letter from the employer with the employer's name and phone number needs to be submitted with the application. Seniors wanting to early graduate must have at least 24 credits to apply. Finally, Robeson Community College will be on campus only on Tuesday August 8th from 8am - 3pm for students to register for CCP courses. This is a message from Purnell Swett High School Parents, This is a message to remind you that EOC, CTE, and final exams will begin this Monday, June 5, 2023. Listen carefully to the following testing schedule: First period will test Monday, June 5th, Second period will test Tuesday, June 6th, Third period will test Wednesday, June 7th, and Fourth period will test Thursday, June 8th. Any student failing to take an exam will receive a zero for the exam grade which counts for 25% of their final grade. School will release at 1:30 Monday - Thursday and 1:00 Friday. During the testing schedule, there will not be any early dismissals or sign-outs. This is the same process we used last semester. The testing environment has to be protected in an effort for all students to receive a fair chance at doing well on their exams. So, please don't come to school expecting to pick up your child before 1:30 pm. Parents I need your help in making your child understand that pick ups will not be allowed. Thanks and have a great night.
