The Public Schools of Robeson County's Child Nutrition Department remains committed to serving breakfast and lunch to all students this week.
Our Child Nutrition Department has received multiple questions about meal services. We want parents to be assured that we will be serving meals this week.
Parents please be assured that if there are changes in services, we will communicate those changes to you directly.

Pre-K enrollment is now open. Children must be 4-years-old by August 31, 2025 to be eligible for Title I Pre-K. Applications can be picked up at the schools' front office. The deadline to submit an application is April 4, 2025.


Public Schools of Robeson County schools will dismiss at 11:30 am on Friday, January 10, 2025, due to potential winter weather impacts. All afternoon and after-school activities for Friday have been canceled. Afterschool care will not be available.

RNES Families, Fall picture proofs have arrived! Students should be bringing home their proof packet today or tomorrow. Each student has a unique photo ID. Additional directions can be found in the image here. If your child was not able to take their Fall picture on the previous date, the Fall Picture Makeup day will be on Friday, November 8th.

The “Ask a Healthcare Professional” themed PSRC District Family Night Event is scheduled to take place Jan. 19 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Southeastern Agricultural Center located at 1027 US-74 Alt, Lumberton, NC 28358. This event is made possible through a partnership with Alliance for a Healthier Generation. This Healthcare Family and Community Engagement forum will give parents, guardians, and students the opportunity to ask various healthcare professionals self-care-related questions, and vaccine-related questions, as well as the ability to learn more about required and recommended school vaccines.
