Families of students in grades K–12 are invited to a special evening with the Poe Center for Health Education focused on mindfulness and family well-being.

Mindfulness helps children and adults pay attention to the present moment without judgment, manage stress and anxiety, and support emotional balance and mental clarity.

Free ESL Classes for Families
During this event, families can also learn about free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes that teach practical English skills for everyday life in our community.
