If your student was not proficient on their initial assessment, they have the option to retake it but the letter must be returned to the school. A letter detailing the retesting process is being sent home with students today. To allow your student to participate in retesting, please complete the form by providing your student's full name and grade level, checking the box to authorize participation, and printing & signing your name. Please return completed forms promptly so your student can be included in the retesting schedule.
