Good Afternoon Magnolia Family, Due to the potential for severe weather conditions tomorrow, Monday, March 16, we will use our last banked time. School will be closed tomorrow. All afternoon activities are also canceled.

We are so proud of our 2nd and 3rd Grade Battle of the Books team! 📚

Our students showed incredible dedication, teamwork, and a love for reading as they prepared for the competition. Their hard work truly paid off as they tied for third place and competed in a tie-breaker round.

While the final tie-breaker didn’t go our way, these students represented our school with determination, sportsmanship, and pride. We are so proud of their effort and the many hours they spent reading and practicing together.

Congratulations to the Magnolia Middle School Battle of the Books team for recently competing in our district competition. After months of reading and preparation, our students worked together to answer questions about the selected books. We are proud of their hard work, teamwork, and dedication to reading!
