🌪️💛🖤 Our Little Twisters are taking the pledge to BE PRESENT! 🖤💛🌪️
Ms. Ann Bartley with Communities in Schools of Robeson County recently led a special attendance initiative at Rosenwald Elementary, encouraging our students to recognize just how important it is to show up, be present, and make every school day count! 📚⭐
Students signed their own pledge cards, sharing why they are committed to being present this school year, and received bracelets to wear as a reminder of the promise they made. 💛
We are so proud of our Little Twisters for taking on this challenge! 🌪️ Now, let’s support and encourage them as they work to be the very best they can be.
Every day at school is another opportunity to learn, grow, connect, and succeed.
🖤💛 BE PRESENT. ATTENDANCE MATTERS! 💛🖤

Get ready, Little Twisters—the Scholastic Book Fair is coming! 📚 Join us September 14–18 for a week filled with great books, exciting new stories, and plenty of reasons to get excited about reading! 📖✨ Our Book Fair is a fun way for students to discover books they’ll love while also helping raise funds for our school. ❤️

🌪️🖤💛 ROSENWALD IS RISING! 💛🖤🌪️

Good evening, Rosenwald Elementary families!
We had an AMAZING first week of school, and we are so proud of our Little Twisters! Thank you, families, for helping us start the year strong!
A few quick reminders as we begin another great week:
If you still have a student information packet at home, please return it as soon as possible so we have accurate and updated information to keep your child safe and connected.
Our annual Krispy Kreme Fundraiser begins tomorrow! Information will come home with every student, including details about the exciting incentives students can earn along the way.
For morning arrival, beginning tomorrow, students should be dropped off and enter independently as we continue building strong routines; the only families permitted to escort students to classrooms will be our Pre-K families beginning school this week, and we are excited to welcome our newest Little Twisters!
For afternoon dismissal, for the safety of our students, families, and staff, no one will be permitted to cross the street to pick up students; all car riders must be picked up through the designated car rider line and established dismissal procedures.
Thank you for your cooperation, your patience, and most importantly, for trusting us with your children. Week one was amazing, now let's make week two even better!
Love you all!

🎉 Spring Fling is Almost Here, Rosenwald Family! 🎉
This Friday, April 24th, our students will take the stage (and the playground!) for an exciting Spring Fling filled with music, dance, and celebration! Each grade level will be performing—and each grade has its own designated shirt color to bring the entire event to life.
👕 We still have a limited number of shirts available!
Student shirts: $7

Tomorrow is your final opportunity to purchase a shirt and ensure your child is dressed in unity with their grade level. We want EVERY student representing, EVERY grade shining, and our entire school community looking like one team.

Good morning! Due to construction, a portion of our campus will be closed (OUR MAIN ENTRANCE GATE), impacting our normal car rider traffic flow. Beginning today, the gate typically used for EXIT will now be used as the ENTER for both morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.
Once you enter campus, cones, signage, and staff will be in place to guide you through the updated traffic pattern and direct you to the correct exit. An image is attached to visualize the exact gate to enter.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to keep our students safe and traffic running smoothly.
