Good morning, SPMS Family, this is your Principal, Amanda Hastings, with some announcements for the last week of school, June 2nd. We will begin EOG and EOC make-up tests on Monday for any students who did not take the tests last week. Additionally, remediation will be provided on Monday and Tuesday. Re-tests will be administered to students who were not proficient on the EOG or EOC tests on Wednesday and Thursday only.

Dear Public Schools of Robeson County Parents and Guardians,
The North Carolina EOG/EOC System is managed by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. While testing this morning, the state experienced a server outage, causing a disruption to testing sites statewide. The outage lasted approximately 40 minutes. Quick corrective action restored the system, allowing around 120,000 students across the state to resume testing. As a result, our students were able to complete their EOG or EOC tests administered today.
Our district intends to appeal to the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction on behalf of our students. In addition, students have the opportunity to participate in our School Year ReAdministration on June 4 and June 5, 2025, if they are not proficient. Proficiency is scoring a Level 3, 4 or 5.
