Our amazing Pre-K students earned a major celebration! The class set a group goal to reach 9 Class Dojo points, but they completely smashed it and achieved 1,269 points! To celebrate, they built their own ultimate ice cream sundaes with every topping imaginable, followed by a delicious Domino’s Pizza party courtesy of our very own County Commissioner, Ms. Judy Sampson! 🍕🍨 We are so proud of our hardworking students. Way to go, Pre-K—next stop, Kindergarten!

Memories came full circle yesterday at Union Chapel Elementary! Our incredible former students walked the very same halls where their educational journeys first began.Seeing these seniors return in their caps and gowns was an absolute joy for our teachers, staff, and current students. They showed our younger students exactly what hard work and dedication can achieve.We are so proud of the leaders, thinkers, and changemakers you have become. Once a Union Chapel Tiger, always a Union Chapel Tiger! Go out and change the world, Class of 2026!

Congratulations to Mr. McRae’s class on publishing their very own book titled "Using Our Unique Voices!" This special book is a composition of various narratives written by the students in the class, showcasing their creativity, individuality, and talent as young authors. We are so proud of their hard work and dedication!

PSRC Family, This is a reminder from the Public Schools of Robeson County that the last day of school for students will be Tuesday, June 9, 2026, with an early release schedule.

Elementary schools will dismiss between 11:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Middle schools will dismiss between 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.
High schools will dismiss between 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m.

Please plan accordingly for transportation and afternoon arrangements. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your child’s school directly.

Mrs. Valary’s class had a great time celebrating their hard work after completing Amplify testing! Students enjoyed a fun “Sip Sip Hooray” water bar as a special reward for all of their effort and dedication. We are so proud of our students for giving their best and showing perseverance throughout testing!

Today we celebrate our amazing Speech Pathologist, Roberta Woodell Dial and Speech Pathologist Assistant, Jade Locklear, on Speech Pathologist Day!

Thank you for the care, patience, and dedication you show our students each and every day. Your hard work helps students find their voice, build confidence, and succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Our 6th grade students had an exciting opportunity to tour the University of North Carolina at Pembroke! 🎓

Students enjoyed exploring the campus, learning more about college life, and getting a glimpse into their future possibilities. They also visited the Museum of the Southeast American Indian where they learned more about the rich history and culture of Native Americans in our region. Thank you to UNCP for welcoming our students and providing such a great experience!
