Join us tomorrow from 5:30–7:00 PM for our Duke Energy Science Night! This exciting event is open to PreK through 6th grade students, along with their families and community members.
Enjoy a fun-filled evening with hands-on STEM activity stations, opportunities to explore and experiment, and even food provided!
All students, families, and community members are welcome—so come ready for a night full of learning, discovery, and science fun. We can’t wait to see you there!

Bus 49 will run as a second load tomorrow afternoon. Please plan accordingly for student transportation.

Union Chapel families, our Spring Fling will be held tomorrow beginning at 9:30 a.m. We’re excited to celebrate with a fun morning celebrating Disney!
Families who attend may sign students out after the program in their classrooms with their teachers. Please note that students will not be allowed to sign out until the event has ended and they have returned to their classrooms.

Each group was responsible for discussing strategies, solving problems, and supporting one another in understanding key math skills. Teachers facilitated the activity by assigning specific problems, monitoring progress, and providing targeted support as needed.
This structure encouraged student engagement, mathematical discourse, and peer collaboration while reinforcing previously learned skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.

This experience gave our students a chance to learn about future careers, ask questions, and see real-world skills in action. It was an exciting and engaging day of learning outside the classroom!
