Please see below information about a scholarship opportunity from the SECU Foundation called the People Helping People Scholarship.
SECU Foundation assists students in communities across North Carolina through the scholarship.
Eligibility requirements include:
• Current senior at a North Carolina public high school
• SECU member or eligible for membership through a parent/guardian
• North Carolina resident and eligible for in-state tuition
• Accepted to attend one of the 16 UNC system universities as a full-time undergraduate
• Demonstrated scholastic achievement with a 2.5 or higher unweighted GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Exhibited leadership, excellence of character, integrity, and community involvement
• Filed FAFSA as part of the application
